The Design and Build process:

Structural alterations were carried out where required, and the space was prepared with cement boards and a full tanking membrane system to ensure complete waterproof protection. Underfloor heating was installed to provide comfort and long-term durability.

A new shower tray and tiled enclosure were fitted, alongside a new basin, WC and radiator. The existing window was retained, and we recommended upgrading it with frosted glazing to achieve privacy in a simple and cost-effective way.

The entire bathroom conversion in Richmond was completed within 10 working days from start to finish. As the homeowners were travelling, we provided regular photographic updates and maintained consistent communication throughout the build. Upon their return, the project was fully completed and ready for use.
