This offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who sign up for a property project with HICL with a total agreed contract value of £50,000 or more. Customers must be homeowners, landlords or authorised decision-makers for a property project within HICL’s service area. Employees of HICL, Fulham FC, agencies, suppliers involved in the campaign and their immediate families are not eligible.

The offer opens on 5 July 2026 and closes on 31 December 2026. Bookings made after the closing date will not qualify for this offer.

To qualify, customers must book a qualifying project with HICL and quote “FULHAM” at the time of enquiry, booking or before deposit payment. A signed project agreement and cleared deposit payment are required before the customer can be considered eligible. One qualifying offer is permitted per household, property or project.

We agree a time frame with you in principle from the outset and this is what we adhere to unless you wish to make any amendments.

The offer consists of four tickets to a Fulham FC matchday hospitality experience at Craven Cottage, subject to match availability, hospitality availability and Fulham FC venue rules. Travel, parking, accommodation, personal expenses and any extras not expressly included in the hospitality package are excluded.

Hospitality places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to eligible customers who have booked a qualifying HICL project, quoted “FULHAM”, signed the relevant project agreement and made the required cleared deposit payment during the campaign period. Allocation will be based on the date and time HICL receives the cleared deposit payment, unless HICL confirms otherwise in writing. Hospitality places are limited and subject to availability. Once all available places have been allocated, no further hospitality places will be available under this offer.

Successful customers will be contacted using the details provided to HICL. HICL will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer over a period of 7 working days. If the customer does not respond, cannot prove eligibility, cannot attend the available match date, cancels the qualifying project, or fails to comply with these terms, HICL reserves the right to offer the hospitality place to the next eligible customer in chronological order.

We are on site each weekday morning by 07:45 to start work at 08:00 and we finish at 17:00.

We are also able to work on Saturdays if this is something that you require.

The hospitality offer is non-transferable, not for resale and has no cash alternative. HICL reserves the right to substitute the hospitality experience with an alternative of equal or greater value if the original experience becomes unavailable. HICL may amend, suspend or cancel the offer where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The offer is governed by English law. Fulham FC is not responsible for administering this promotion unless expressly stated.
