Home Improvements & Construction Ltd (HICL) recently completed a full-scale home renovation and extension project on Seamore Gardens, Kingston. The property was a charming 1930s house which had remained untouched for decades. Upon moving in, the clients approached our team at HICL to completely refurbish the interiors and transform the property into a modern, family-friendly home. The project brief initially included a standard internal renovation, but then expanded into a multi-phase project involving a rear extension, loft conversion, and bespoke garden features—all designed and delivered by HICL’s experienced team.

At the back of the garden, we constructed a purpose-built gym studio and installed a luxurious hot tub, turning the outdoor area into a private wellness retreat.
